RM | Capital structures $205 million Private Placement for McKinley Paper & Packaging

On July 22nd 2025, RM Capital closed a highly successful $205 million debt refinancing for McKinley Paper & Packaging Company, the holdco subsidiary of Bio Pappel in the US.

  

The transaction consisted in refinancing and extending $175m of existing PP Notes as well as the issuance of additional $30m in debt to finance additional investments.

In addition to extending the average life of the Notes, the Company was able to significantly improve the conditions of its debt.​
