On March 5th 2025, RM | Capital closed US$42 million of 10-year Private Placement Amortizing Notes for Oben Group. 

Headquartered in Lima, Peru, Oben is the largest plastic film producer in the Americas and one of the top 5 producers in the world.

The transaction marked the debut of Oben in the US Private Placement market and its first-ever cross-border financing. This was also the first financing structured by RM | Capital for a Peru-domiciled entity, demonstrating our capabilities and access to institutional money for LatAm issuers.
