RM | Capital structures $150 million Private Placement for Grupo Bio Pappel

On September 10, 2019, RM Capital closed a highly successful private financing for Grupo Bio Pappel and its subsidiary US Corrugated Holdings II, Inc. for an amount of US$150 million.

RM | Capital acted as advisor to Bio Pappel, leading the investor selection, negotiation of the terms including the pricing, tenor, collateral and covenant discussions, as well as structuring and coordinating the transaction.

 

The transaction was placed entirely with a single institutional investor of very high quality and international recognition. As it is standard with private financings, the transaction was executed via the documentation of a Note Purchase Agreement. No Prospectus/Offering Memorandum, roadshow, credit ratings, or registration/listing of the Notes was required.

Use of proceeds were to refinance the outstanding indebtedness of US Corrugated (generating significant savings and substantially improving the terms of their debt) and to finance the CapEx plans over the next years.
